The Mauritius Institute of Health Media Unit, including the Library and the Virtual Library plays an important role in the research and training activities of the MIH. The main objective of the MIH Media Unit is to provide information and other library facilities to MIH staff, participants following courses at the MIH and to the health and medical personnel of the health sector.

Library

The Library comprises mainly of collection of books, journals, statistical reports, reports of studies and theses. The books are classified according to the National Library of Medicine Classification Scheme.
